L&M Meat will not be responsible for limitation on the apps function due to a lack of or no Internet connection. This app requires an active Internet connection to be active. This includes Wi-Fi or date provided by a mobile network provider. L&M Meat will not be help responsible for any delays or disturbance due to any and all types of mobile Internet or Wi-Fi connections. All data rates and roaming charges are the responsibility of the app user. Mobile and data rates may apply, please consult your mobile Internet provider for more details. By downloading the app you authorize that you have permission to do so from the person who is financially responsible for the mobile device and charges related to it.
L&M Meat does not take responsibility for your actions with the app or any and all limitations with the device used to download or access the app. We make every effort to update the app in a timey manner we may use third party companies to do so. L&M Meat accepts no liability for any indirect or direct loss that you may experience while using the app.
The app may need to be updated on occasion to ensure a customer centric and secure experience. The app is available on Android & IOS and these platforms may have certain requirements that are mandatory to download, update or to have the continue use of the app. We cannot guarantee the app will be updated in a timely manner or in a manner that is relevant to the user and compatible with your current Android or IOS related device version/model. You agree to accept and download updates as they become available to you. We may terminate the app at anytime for any reason without notice. Upon termination the rights and licenses granted will end. You must stop using the app immediately and should be removed from the device, if required.
