Ingredients

  • 1 ½ pounds LM Meat ham steaks
  • 2 tablespoons LM Meat cane
  • 2 tablespoons maple syrup
  • 1 tablespoon dijon mustard
  • ½ tablespoon cider vinegar
  • 1 tablespoon butter

Instructions

1. Place ham steaks and butter in a large frying pan over medium heat. Cook 2-3 minutes per side.

2. Combine remaining ingredients and brush over the steaks.

3. Cook an additional 2-3 minutes per side or until heated through and glaze is sticky.

4. Serve warm with mustard.
